10. GOVERNING LAWS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 The Contract shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, excluding all other choice of law and conflicts of law rules.
10.2 The courts referred to in Clause 13.2 of the GTC (Governing Laws & Dispute Resolution) are the competent courts of Malaysia.
10.3 Each Party shall, and shall ensure that its employees and Assignee Personnel and/or Participants comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and codes of conduct in the location where the AIP is performed and, to the extent that compliance with such regulations are not mandatory, the minimum compliance to be achieved by a Party should be the best practice of the relevant industry and in any event no less than a reasonable standard of care.


11. EXECUTION
11.1 This Agreement may be signed in several counterparts, each of such counterparts so signed shall constitute an original, and all counterparts together shall constitute a single instrument. Any signature page delivered via facsimile transmission or electronic mail (pdf format) shall be binding to the same extent as an original signature page. Any Party who delivers such a signature page agrees to subsequently deliver an original counterpart to any Party that requests it.
