1. Discharging the parts from Vessel to Wharf
a. Schedule
 The discharging schedule will be on the beginning of June.
 MES will update the schedule after the vessel has nominated.
b. Method
 The shipping parts have been drawn in the document no. BT3366-QT-SF01r0.
 TCTS could choose the method of discharging to be used Mobile Crane or STS.
c. Others
 The parts will be stowed at the site until the manufactural have completed.
 During the stowing of the parts, TCTS will take care of keeping quality of the parts.

2. The site erection
a. Schedule
 TCTS will start a preparation work for wiring cables after discharging parts.
b. Procedure of assembly RTG
 TCTS required to carry out the assemble Girder 3-4 and Legs before lifting on Sill Beam same as Girder 1-2 side. MES will check their strength of the eye plate and discuss with site erection in charge from MES QA. MES procedure is just reference and the detail method will up to TCTS but TCTS have to confirm MES how to carry out the works before started if TCTS want to change their procedure.
 Mr. Quan will send the initial procedure of TCTS to Mr. Ueda and Mr. Morimasa by 15th May.
c. Equipment and Tools
 MES have confirmed TCTS what they can prepare items.
 Their items are in another port, and TCTS will check their equipment again.

 TCTS will confirm whether TCTS can get the special torque wrench or not. If they cannot prepare that, MES will check to be able to borrow that for TCTS.
