Both parties agreed to sign “Processing Contract” of materials and products as follow terms and conditions belows:
Article 1: Comodity, Quantity and Price
1.1. Party A agreed to hire party B for processing goods.
1.2. Quantity, Prices of processing contract is only pre-calculated, specify quantity and price of bill will be shown in annex of contract.
Article 2: Raw Materials
1. Party A provide free raw material to party B. Detail raw materials are follow annex of contract.
2. All raw materials was provide as scheldule in time.
3. Party B take responsibility of making customs procedures for importing raw material. In case losing or damage raw material, party B must inform to party A immediately to adjust quantity ….
Article 3: Delivery
1. Party B take responsibility of delivering products and other nesessary document to party A as scheldule, consignee may be party A or third party was specified by party A
2. Before exporting the product, party B must be informed to party B about detail information of goods.
Article 4: Payment
1. Party A agree to make payment to party B for all charge of processing within 60 days after receiving products and dossiers.
