Squatting PoseThe squatting pose may help to counteract constipation, a common cause of hemorrhoids. To perform this simple pose, bring your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart and bend your knees until you've come into a squatting position. Let your buttocks dip down to the floor and bring your hands into prayer pose. You can press your elbows against your inner thighs if you'd like an additional thigh and groin stretch. Stay in this pose for several breaths, then return to a standing position.
