Hope this mail finds you well.

As the Project Director of Taiwan International Student Design Competition,
I am pleased to announce that the theme for 2015 is “Embrace”.
Online registration and submission will be open from May 25th to July 25th.

We look forward to receiving entries from your country.
Please introduce this competition to as many design students and teachers as possible.


This year, in order to encourage young design talents, we have raised the amount of awards, as listed below:

1. The total prize money is up to USD 140,000.

2. This year there will be 10 International Design Associations Special Prizes.
There are now 5 International Design Associations will endorse the 2015 TISDC International Design Associations Special Prize: ico-D (International Council of Design), JDP (Japan Institue of Design Promotion),FHKDA (Hong Kong Federation of Design Associations), TCDC (Thailand Creative & Design Center), TDC (Taiwan Design Center).

3. The Brand Specified category, will still be held this year. "iSee Taiwan Foundation" a Non-Profit Organization, providing extra prizes and future cooperation opportunities with the company.

Moreover, the finalists in Product Design category do not have to submit work models. The jurors will evaluate the works by the design concepts. To bring in more international views to the evaluation, TISDC will invite foreign jurors to participate in the preliminary selection.

With the professional judging panel and significant prizes, TISDC is definitely a great platform for worldwide students to show their talents.
The competition is free of entry fee and multiple submissions of different works are acceptable.
Please spread this information to young student designers around. We really appreciate your support!
