P0783 3-4 Shift Sol, No RPM Drop at Lockup; this means the tranny controller is not seeing the rpm drop after it commands torque converter lock up. It could be a TCC solinoid, but most times this code is from a more serious internal tranny issue. There are several parts, that when worn, prevent the torque converter from locking. There are teflon sealing rings on the input shaft, that seal inside the front pump. I have seen the pump worn, the sealling rings worn, and I have seen the torque converter fail. ( and on a rare occation, I have seen the torque converter clutch (TCC) solinoid fail.
