And i think that being self-employed is great, i like to pursue my dreams of owning a business and personal preferences.

Firstly, being self-employed allows people to do many things in a flexible and dynamic way. Working for someone else can not bring people the ability. They must be at the office by a specific time and during working hours, they must not leave the office before the specified time. Lunch time is limited within a specific period of time. However, employers can also give their workers some preferential policies such as the employees can have some days off from work if they get sick, or even they can take their vacation. But the priorities are very little meanwhile they must obey all the strict rules. And violating rules can result in termination of their employment. It is clearly that people that work for themselves can freely set their own schedule, and it is useful for their own business.

Secondly, being self-employed allows people to focus on completing their goals and schedules. When people work for someone else, they must complete jobs given by their employers. If they carry out their own goals on working hours they will be laid off. the most concern of employers is the benefit of their business. Employees must follow employers'plans. It is better for people to work for themselves, they should own a business.

In general, there are a variety of choice in employment. But I do not like to work for someone else, i prefer to own a business. Freedom is great! I like to gain financial success by my own ability to work. I want to have many things by the success.
