Dear Khanh Huy,We are pleased to offer you our Software Developer position, starting from internship position.As discussed, your promotion path is: Internship 1-3 months -> Junior Probation 1-3 months -> Full Junior.This is your remuneration package and career information:1. Full salary when becoming Official Junior: 5,000,000-7,000,000 VND (or higher). Internship and training: 3 month at 2,000,000 VND each month.We can shorten this internship period to 2 or even 1 month if your learning speed and job passion are satisfied.Junior Engineer: 3 months probation at 75% full salary. You can be promoted to full-fledged employee anytime in the first 2 months, if your performance is higher than our expectation.Official Junior: After the probation, salary is at full amount. This amount can be higher or lower by 500,000 VND, depending on your performance during the probation period in term of learning speed, dedication and commitments even for fresh staff, because we value performance, not how long a staff has been with the company.2. Year end/quarterly bonuses based on performance/project for official staff. 3. From the 2nd year of working at Amberos, or in the first year if your performance is satisfied, you will be awarded 1 annual leave each month. This means each year, Amberos staff can have 12 days off with full salary. 4. Performance review is twice a year after becoming official staff, in every January and July (depending on performance, salary will be changed according to contribution). 5. Referral incentive: you will get a good incentive for referring your friends to work in Amberos. The actual amount depends on their working duration and performance. 6. Insurance cover for permanent staff according to Labour Law.7. Start Date: Monday, Aug 19, 2015. 8. Working Time (5 days/week): 08:30AM - 11:30AM and 01:00PM - 06:00PM from Monday to Friday (1.5 hours lunch break).Terms and conditions: 1. During the first month of working, if you decide to quit or you are deemed not suitable for the job and asked to quit, there will be no payment.2.
