Drabble: Asami's Favorite Novel
Title: Asami's Favorite Novel - or - Why Uke Should Start a Petition to Burn All Copies of Ai no Kusabi
Author: Rill
Pairing: Asami/Takaba
Warning: PG-13 for really dirty implications.
Notes: For nine_yum. Who suggested that I consider Ai no Kusabi in reference to Viewfinder. The humor depends on familiarity with that novel/OVA. Or at least the concept of a 'pet ring', which is a technologically enhanced cock ring that keeps the pet from getting off without its master's permission.
Disclaimer: No. Don't make me say it again! ... Fine! I do not own anything referenced here.

Akihito looked at the box. It was too small to have a collar in it. But it looked too big for just a ring as well. With hesitant fingers, he flicked it open.

It was a pair of rings. Both were simple silver-colored bands set with a single amber stone.

“The smaller one signifies our relationship to the world.” Asami lifted it from the box and slid the ring onto his ring finger. “This other one is for you alone.”

Akihito examined it more closely, poking at the stone.

“It only reacts to my touch.” Asami’s smirk was positively diabolical.

Thank-you! He so would. He'd love that kind of power. I actually am somewhat interesting a more elaborate cross-over, but Asami couldn't be a blondie, so what to do with him?

Have an alternate world where the power players are The ones with the dark hair, just don't call them darkies.
or
An alternate reality where Asami is the child of a union of Blondie and slave so he is hidden away by his parents on earth or whatever planet you wish to use. Maybe the world of Yamane. He has the intelligence, physical power, and looks to fit the part. He could easily start an uprising with the help of a child from a similar union (Fei). His greatest strength and weakness would be Takaba.
I hope any of my ideas are helpful.
Just go for it.

I would love the idea too. Why not making asami come from some border planet (or how to say this) curious about what he heard about the blondies technologies and want to try it out. And why not making some alliance with the blondies and make some business investment for this technology? Just so a suggestion. I'm sure Aki would become good friends with Riki. Whatever I liked to read this.

Akihito looked at the box. It was too small to have a collar in it. But it looked too big for just a ring as well. With hesitant fingers, he flicked it open.

It was a pair of rings. Both were simple silver-colored bands set with a single amber stone.

“The smaller one signifies our relationship to the world.” Asami lifted it from the box and slid the ring onto his ring finger. “This other one is for you alone.”

Akihito examined it more closely, poking at the stone.

“It only reacts to my touch.” Asami’s smirk was positively diabolical.

An alternate reality where Asami is the child of a union of Blondie and slave so he is hidden away by his parents on earth or whatever planet you wish to use. Maybe the world of Yamane. He has the intelligence, physical power, and looks to fit the part. He could easily start an uprising with the help of a child from a similar union (Fei). His greatest strength and weakness would be Takaba.
I hope any of my ideas are helpful.
