In my opinion, I prefer to work in group. Simply, no one is perfect, and team work will increase the strengths and reduce the weaknesses of each other. Moreover, no one can handle everything. Groupwork brings a lot of benefits. It helps to raise productivity and efficiency of work. Many studies have proved that the productivity of a group’s performance is far higher than that of individual’s. The group can create a work environment where the knowledge and experience of the members can support to each other, and the decisions are more approtiate. The benefits of team work is also expressed by the development of each of the participants. Through discussions, comment and adjusment to make the final the decision , each person will have the ability to solve the problems related to the work and develop his or her potential skill. Groupwork can create a working environment where each individual is assigned responsibilities and powers.Trust and sharing are also put on the top. It encourages people to work more enthusiastically. As students, we should seek more opportunities get familiar with teamwork, through the exercises on the class as well as voluntary activities or social club. There are very good opportunities for us to learn to work out and rub shoulders with real working enviroment.. For the current business, teamwork is the key , so student should equip this soft skill to meet the requirement of companies.
