The managing systems:

Infrastructure and equipment managing: the process of making products cause lots problems that might directly affect to the status of equipment in over the manufacturing zone, Hew Brewery needs to perform the quality check on the mass production to analyze the ability of machinery using in order to keep the production stable.
All stages process: this step will be needed to control the unexpected situation, all stages process need to maintain frequently in a certain time period so that Hue Brewery can find the problems when it’s still small and fix it immediately.
Personnel performing work affecting conformity to product requirements shall be competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills and experiences to avoid confusing chemicals.
Monitoring systems:
Internal audit: analysts will evaluate internal operations based on current standards, including internal consultants, quality control, personnel. In addition the company also plans time to evaluate quality, typically six months to evaluate the system. For Hue Brewery, they can use this method to evaluate and monitor the process of business activities in the company. All of departments in the company will be assessed together such as sales departments will monitor for the marketing department and so on. If there have any problem in assessment process, we can fix it timely to avoid the damages.


External audit: the external auditing shows the objectiveness of auditing because of this process will be performed by the out-source enterprises. For example: the ISO or VINA-CONTROL certificate, Hue Brewery will rent the specialist from the some organization like ISO and VINACONTROL that come and evaluate the problems if existing in Hue Brewery. The concentration of external audit could be the production process, quality of products and materials, the employee satisfaction, health and safety in business etc.
