Anticipate and ensure a continuous source of promoters and merchandisers for campaigns period by period
Independently manage team in all areas including hiring and training of employees
Ensures performance results meet established service levels
Manage materials purchasing,
Managing Approvals and rentals and permissions for key accounts, malls, outdoors
Manage & Supervise suppliers flow of work and deliverables against deadlines
Assortment of materials Warehousing and storage
Works closely with Client Service Department/ finance and ensure information flow on day to day basis
Maintain systematic and planed on ground better management reporting
- Co-development of campaigns concepts with Client Service department
Manage all project related logistics
