Sarvanga AsanaSarvanga Asana, also known as the candle pose, may help to reduce stress and other symptoms of hemorrhoids. This pose is also sometimes referred to as the shoulder stand and requires balance and flexibility. To perform this pose, lie on the floor and bend your knees in to your chest. Interlace your fingers behind your back. Straighten your legs and raise them up to a 90-degree angle. Now roll your legs and spine up and support your back with your bent elbows. Your legs should be in line with your spine. Hold this pose for 10 seconds, then slowly curl back down to the floor.
