The next important factor is about the working condition for employees. Some of organization don’t care about this factor and they lost their loyalty from employees. Because with a worse workplace will affect to work performance of employees such as: polluted environment, lack of equipment and others. The workplace must include Health, Safety and Welfare. Trung Nguyen should follow to regulation 1992 to provide a standard workplace. That means the working environment must be clean, safe, full of equipment and protection. Besides, Trung Nguyen has to provide water, canteen, relax room, clean WC when the employees must work whole day. Furthermore, Trung Nguyen must be not unfair about some private problem of employees such as sexual harassment, everyone is equality so don’t make their employees feel uncomfortable and unfair when they work for an international company. Furthermore, it will effect to their performance, the employees will face to inferiority complex and then effect to profit of company.
All of employees in Trung Nguyen coffee must have to receive the same benefit and work condition in work environment. Trung Nguyen can order their employees follow and achieve all their objective as long as they provide a comfortable working environment based on standard Health, Safe and Welfare
