It is too difficult to say now but it influenced my job. So I wrote this letter but I avoid any complications and keep good culture at office so I used private email and all document here can find in ASAP department and investigate. Please have action for this case and hide this letter, Many thank.

I’m from OFA division at Viet Nam. After I was lost some orders in hand’s competitor and I investigated all reasons why and one big reason is from BLM of CTS (Mr.PVH ). Almost overhaul, labor service and repair price is too high for big Air Compressor and it has subcontract . Especially the subcontract were done and signed by Mr. PVH ( as Delivery Minutes , Acceptance Report ..). and only he know this subcontract . After done job Atlas Copco Viet Nam will pay money for subcontract and The subcontract will return money to him. it is true 100% . I have proof for that. Please see file attached below.
This case he earned 8,000.00 USD .

You can see in main contract for maintenance ZH10.000 at Viet –Italian steel Company . The content of contract has labor cost item is too high and it is reason to move money to subcontract. But in fact the subcontract only issue invoice (don’t do anything) and got money form Atlas Copco Viet Nam. After transfer through by bank ( or cash) to Mr. PVH ( this case by bank).

How to know the subcontract is only issue invoice, don’t do anything :
- The content of subcontract is not relevant content of main contract
- Can see at service report for this job. It hasn’t any information about rent out of service and any job was done by the subcontract . All this job was done by service Atlas Copco Viet Nam.
- All Delivery Minutes , Acceptance Report was signed by only Mr. PVH and send to ASAP division to payment for subcontract.
- This job doesn’t need out of service.
