Thank you all for your input for the grand opening ceremony, below are our to do list. Can all manager please arrange your time for GSMS and 5S audit latest by Wednesday next week so that we will have a safe and nice factory for opening ceremony

1. 5S/cleaning at your own department  All
2.Project team to have dedicated time from 18-21 Nov’14 for preparation  all
3. Have suitable flow for employees to go to canteen at noon 21 Nov’13  Han
4. Lunch for employees will be at least 30 min earlier and finish at 12:30 sharp  Huong
5. Ensure toilet in the best condition  Huong
6. No product/material on the walk way on 21 Nov’14  Han
7. No loading/unloading on morning of 21 Nov’14 as we will use that area for guest’s car parking  Toan
8. Ensure at least half of operators are on the shop floor during employee excellent award (from 10:30 – 11:00)  Han
9. No sewing operation near stage are  Han
10. Clear stage area by 18 Nov’14 for cleaning  Cuong, Quyet
11. Provide water tap for Mam restaurant to set up brunch  Cuong
12. Assign responsible people to support vendor for setting up at 6:00am 21 Nov’14 ???
13. Inform security to have vendor to come earlier on 21 Nov’14 -> Minh
14. No sewing next stage area  Han
15. HYS history by photo -> Toan
16. Consolidate data of HYS’s operation to share with guest during factory tour  Tuan
