When joining with Matchbox I was hoping to veer the team to become more marketing consultancy and less event-focused; and to add-value to the ACFC-MB relationship by offering better ROI for marketing dollars. Unfortunately the Matchbox Board did not align with my vision; thus, have decided to return to the previous system.
