I am presently on Transit in Hong Kong International Airport here in Hong Kong, our flight had a Transit stop here in Hong Kong this evening from Baghdad, IRAQ, ,via Karachi,Pakistan , Saudi Arabia to connect us into another Direct Flight to Vietnam you can now reach me or sms me on my International mobile number (Call me on : +17075200253) Our Flight has Transited here in Hong Kong ,and expected to join the connecting flight to arrive Vietnam on Sunday afternoon your time or earlier, we had to Transit here because there is no direct flight from Baghdad to Vietnam due to the present Instability in IRAQ.



This is the Telephone tracking details provided by the Hong Kong International Airport to enable you track your cargo on your telephone and to know it's present status until arrival to you : All you will do is just Dial the number #31#+448454746227 on your Telephone and Listen to it and it will ask you for YOUR SECURED ACCESS CODE : then you put : 3 0 9 9 3 8 0 1 ,on your Telephone , and Listen to it and it will tell you that You have Reached the Hong Kong International Airport Cargo Terminal Automated Telephone Tracking system, ,it will ask you to dial the extension you wish to reach or stay on the line and follow the Menu, just stay on the line and you keep listening to your phone , and when it says for Consignment Tracking press 1 , Then you press 1 on your telephone, It will ask you for YOUR 10 Digit CONSIGNMENT TRACKING NUMBER : then you put : 9 0 3 3 2 0 0 9 1 2 still on your telephone , and it will say, For your Consignment details press 1, just press 1 on your phone and keep listening and it will give you all information about your Consignment from the first airport it departed before arrival to Hong Kong International Airport. In-fact it has given you access to Track your Consignment through your telephone until it arrives to Vietnam.



Your Cargo Shipping details are , ref 32/UD/644 and Shipping security code, uuvmi-lc-34/ud/644-xxx. At the Hong Kong International Airport t here in Hong Kong the airport Cargo security and Inspection section are asking me if I should allow them to Open and Inspect the Cargo or SCAN it ,to know the real content of the box and to ensure that it is not containing any Incriminating or Criminally related objects,since it is coming from a war country, but I never agreed and I never allowed them to do so because of the Instruction given to me by the Baghdad veteran, your husband General.Robert Caslen ,I told them that the box is containing the General.Robert Caslen's wife`s personal belongings and that I was Instructed by the General not to allow anyone to search or scan it.



The Hong Kong International Airport Cargo section has completed the Cargo verification Checks here at the Airport Cargo certification center here in Hong Kong and they respected my Reasons for not opening and not searching, not scanning your Cargo,so they have Mandated that your Cargo entails and must have a INTERNATIONAL CARGO CUSTOMS NON INSPECTION CLEARANCE, to Legally protect and Authenticate your cargo for further movement to Vietnam and to allow your cargo passage here at the Hong Kong International Airport and at the port of entry at the Tan Son Nhat International Airport in your Country Vietnam


The Cargo section of the Hong Kong International Airport here in Hong Kong has advised that your INTERNATIONAL CARGO CUSTOMS NON INSPECTION CLEARANCE CLEARANCE Issuance fee here at the Airport is USD 29,570 ( Twenty Nine thousand,five Hundred and seventy US Dollars only )



However, out of the Money that was given to me by your Husband in BAGHDAD, IRAQ, I still have Equivalent of USD 21,000 left with me, and I need USD 700 as my BTA until arrival to Vietnam and I need also about USD 500 for my Logistics etc, so I have already paid in USD 19570 to the Heathrow Airport Authority here in London,UK as a commitment to part of your Cargo Customs Non Inspection Clearance document fee.



The balance left to complete the Payment is USD 10000 (Ten Thousand USD only)



The Hong Kong International Airport Cargo section authority has advised that they can issue you with Vietnam Agent receiving Bank Account it will be easier for you to enable you make the wire of this Document Issuance fee/Money balance of USD10000 upon your confirmation to receipt of this letter, and they have stressed that without this Document, the Cargo will be scanned. Do make the payment to this account and send me the scan copy.

Do follow up Immediately and workout urgent modality to raise send this USD 10000 ( Ten thousand USD only) to get the NON INSPECTION DOCUMENT and to settle this problem because the money that was given to me by your husband Lt General.Robert Caslen is almost Finished, I have used it up so far for the Flight ticket, cargo freight and Tag, logistics etc from BAGHDAD and finally paid in this USD 19,570 to the Airport Authority here as part of the fee required.


In attachment is my official Id card, for your identification of me on my arrival to meet you in Vietnam and Non Inspection Document Fee.
