including heterozygous familial hypercholesterol-aemia), mixed dyslipidaemia (type IIb), or homozy-gous familial hypercholesterolaemia in patients who
have not responded adequately to diet and other appropriate measures; prevention of cardiovascular
events in patients at high risk of a first cardiovascular
event
