Implementing the Decision no. 4406/

Implementing the Decision no. 4406/QĐ-BGTVT dated 15 December 2015 of the Ministry of Transportation on promulgation of building legal normative documents program in 2016 of the Ministry of Transportation, Vietnam Maritime Adminsitration is the agency which takes charge of drafting the Decision on promulgation of service tariff frame at seaports on the basis of regulations defined in Article 90 of the Vietnam Maritime Code 2015, and the Law on Prices 2013 and the prescribed documents of other relevant laws.
On 11 April 2016, Vietnam Maritime Administration promulgated the document no. 1438/CHHVN-VTDVHH on preparing the draft contents of the Decision on promulgation of service tariff frame at seaports. On the basis of the reports of related enterprises, organizations, Vietnam Maritime Administration has drafted the Decision of the Minister of Transportation on promulgation of service tariff frame at Vietnam’s seaports (enclosed with this official letter).

Việc thực hiện 4406/QĐ-BGTVT của số quyết định ngày 15 tháng 12 năm 2015 của bộ giao thông vận tải về ban hành xây dựng văn bản quy phạm pháp luật chương trình vào năm 2016 của bộ giao thông vận tải, Adminsitration hàng hải Việt Nam là cơ quan mà phải mất phí là soạn thảo quyết định ban hành khung giá cước dịch vụ tại cảng biển trên cơ sở quy định tại điều 90 của 2015 Mã hàng hải Việt Nam , và của pháp luật về giá năm 2013 và các văn bản theo quy định của pháp luật có liên quan khác.Ngày 11 tháng 4 năm 2016, quản lý hàng hải Việt Nam ban hành tài liệu số 1438/CHHVN-VTDVHH về việc chuẩn bị nội dung dự thảo quyết định ban hành khung giá cước dịch vụ tại cảng biển. Trên cơ sở các báo cáo liên quan đến doanh nghiệp, tổ chức, quản lý hàng hải Việt Nam đã soạn thảo quyết định của bộ trưởng bộ giao thông vận tải về ban hành khung giá cước dịch vụ tại cảng biển Việt Nam (đính kèm với thư chính thức).Quản lý hàng hải Việt Nam yêu cầu các tổ chức, đơn vị đóng góp ý tưởng của bạn với nội dung của quyết định nói trên trước ngày 12 tháng 8 năm 2016 (thứ sáu) và gửi bản sao mềm cho địa chỉ email: [e-mail]; điện thoại: [phone]; Fax: [phone].Chúng tôi mong muốn nhận được những ý tưởng của bạn sớm. /.
