Enjoy the sounds you want to hear
Even with the very best hearing instruments, most hearing-impaired people still have difficulty hearing in many situations, such as when using a telephone or socializing in a noisy restaurant. Using a wireless ‘FM‘ system, which comprises an FM transmitter microphone and its associated FM receivers, communication in such environments becomes much easier.
Using a wireless ‘FM‘ system makes communication in such difficult situations much easier.
An FM system simply consists of an FM transmitter and its associated FM receivers. The transmitter picks up the voice of the speaker and sends this via radio waves, wirelessly, directly to any listener’s tiny FM radio receiver, which is connected in turn to their personal hearing instrument.

Introducing Dynamic FM
Phonak’s Dynamic FM technology is the new global standard in FM.
Replacing multi-frequency FM as the current state-of-the-art platform, Dynamic FM employs a new chip, new algorithms, new software and new mechanisms to deliver benefits never seen – or heard – before, as well as new dimensions in user-friendliness. Dynamic FM’s revolutionary features include:
Dynamic Speech Extractor (see movie below) – a suite of trailblazing features such as intelligent voice activity detection, that open up a whole new dimension in speech understanding.
AutoConnect – AutoConnect – this measures the impedance of the hearing instrument’s audio input and sets its own output impedance accordingly.
MultiTalker Network (MTN) – The ultimate support tool, the MTN allows two or more professionals in a classroom to speak using Dynamic FM.
