You can select the authorisation in either of the following windows:
• Pending Action - Relationship Management
• Authorisation - Relationship Management
2. From the Pending Action or the Authorisation menu, select Approve.
3. If the Authorisation to Receive is also awaiting approval, RMA opens the Authorisations
window automatically. In this case, choose which authorisation to approve.
To approve the Authorisation to Receive, stop this procedure and choose an approval
procedure that is appropriate for the status of the Authorisation to Receive.
To approve the Reject action on the Authorisation to Send, do the following:
a. Select the Authorisation to Send tab.
b. From the Pending Action or the Authorisation menu, select Approve.
The Approve Rejection of Authorisation to Send window appears.
