Ok so I have been taking the 30 Plu

Ok so I have been taking the 30 Plus tablets for a few years now and these have been awesome, however the old PMT moodiness and dark gloomy feeling had begun to creep back in...not fun to feel so down before and then after your period.
So decided I'd had enough and read the review of Vitex, and gave it a shot. I can truly say that coming up to the end of nearly my second cycle on it I can get through my period with no PMT at all, no feelings of gloom or depression, just like a normal day now every day! Still take the 30 Plus tabs as well as the Vitex, so definitely recommend.

Ok vì vậy tôi đã được uống 30 viên nén Plus cho một vài năm nay và những đã tuyệt vời, tuy nhiên ủ rũ PMT cũ và cảm giác ảm đạm tối đã bắt đầu leo trở lại ... không vui vẻ cảm thấy hụt hẫng trước và sau của bạn thời gian.
