Purpose of use
1. Employees use Google Apps with a privately owned device outside of company offices during business hours.
2. Employees use Google Apps with a privately owned device for the purpose of carrying out emergency contact during a disaster.
Use range , use the application
1. It is not allowed to use Company System except Google Apps services.
Report
1. If the loss or theft has occurred in privately owned device that was authorized, users must report immediately to IT Department.
2. If users are finished to use Google Apps with privately owned device that was requested, users must notify IT department immediately.
Prohibited matter
1. Users agree not to modify the device OS and application.
2. Users agree not to use the devices other than the authorized.
3. Users agree not to lend the authorized device to anyone.
4. Users agree not to save and download any customer information and company data in the authorized device.
5. Users must be attention to handle customer information and company data avoid information leakage and diffusion.
Responsibility
1. Users are responsible for communication costs and security software (anti-virus) of the authorized device.
Violations of security rules
2. If users fail to comply with this security rules , users shall be punished by the work rules of the company.
