The filler content is another important parameter for conductive composites. Low filler content can lead to good repeatability of the pressure sensitivity and low cost. However, the metal-based composites with high pressure sensitivity usually need
high filler content, which usually leads to bad repeatability and
high cost. In this work, very little conductive filler is used with the
ratio of nickel/silicone less than 1.8:1 by weight; a good sensitivity
appears as shown in Fig. 2. Furthermore, the composites show
good repeatability of piezoresistivity in ten successive cycles of
compression as shown in Fig. 3. There is only a relatively large
