I downloaded the .rar for a Pokemon

I downloaded the .rar for a Pokemon X and Y rom with 3DS Emulator. When extracting, I found that I need a password (as most .rar files need). the password can be found by completing a survey on http://cleanfiles.net/?gmfCarN Now I have read in multiple places that there is no 3DS emulator available yet, but all of those entries are from early-mid 2013. So, I was wondering if A. anyone could help me unlock the code, or B. is there an Emulator out yet or is this a scam. Thanks.
