The Seller represents and warrants

The Seller represents and warrants to DHL that the Assets shall be handed over to DHL in good condition and each of the Assets shall have the function, capabilities, specifications as mutually agreed and contemplated herein, are free from defects or deficiency on the Assets or any part thereof (whether patent or latent), and are fit for the purposes of DHL, as set out in Schedule 3 (the “Assets’ Specifications”).
