-Review all civil and structure Shop Drawing and Method Statements submissions from the
contractor and ensure that they comply with all Vietnamese design standards and construction
codes.
- Review all civil and structure Shop Drawings with MEP services and Architectural design to
ensure coordination for the overall design
- Ensure all Requests for Inspection are submitted by the Contractor at all required hold points
(excavation & backfill, lean concrete, formwork and re-bar placement, concrete placement,
curing and formwork strip etc). Ensure work is complete as required before approval is given for
works to proceed. Issue NCR report for any non-compliance and follow through rectification
works as required.
eport weekly to the Project Director on the progress of all civil and structure works on site
across each villa, zone and the entire project.
nsure that site safety and cleanliness is being observed by the contractor and workers on site.
- With the Administration Assistant, ensure the softcopy computer database and hardcopy files of
all civil and structural works documents are maintained in accordance with the requirements of
the Investor’s Document Control policies and procedures.

bảo dưỡng và dải ván khuôn vv). Đảm bảo công việc được hoàn thành theo yêu cầu trước khi chính được đưa ra cho
công trình để tiến hành. Phát hành báo cáo NCR cho bất kỳ không tuân thủ và làm theo thông qua cải chính
công trình theo yêu cầu.
Báo cáo thường hàng tuần cho Giám đốc dự án về tiến độ của tất cả các cấu trúc dân dụng và công trình trên trang web
trên mỗi biệt thự, khu vực và của toàn bộ dự án.
Nsure rằng an toàn và sạch sẽ chỗ là được quan sát bởi các nhà thầu và người lao động tại chỗ.
- với Trợ lý Hành chính, đảm bảo cơ sở dữ liệu máy tính và các tập tin softcopy cưng của
tất cả các công trình dân dụng và cấu trúc tài liệu được duy trì phù hợp với các yêu cầu của
các chính sách và thủ tục tài liệu kiểm soát của chủ đầu tư.
