Engineering geological condition of the Wind FarmVietnam Phu Lac Wind Farm is located in the southern part of Vietnam (refer to the document for the province), where terrain is smooth, some wind turbines is located in hills. The access road is completed, which provides conveniences for accessing. Geological condition is simple, and seismic intensity is 6°, geology is moderate-density sandy soil layer and sand layer with clay contained, intense weathering and moderate-weathering rock foundation exists under some of the wind turbine position, no fault zone passes the Farm, the engineering geological condition is good.Civil construction rangeThe work of in-plant construction road, wind turbine generator installation platform, wind turbine generator foundation, wind turbine generator unit installation, booster station, overhead line, etc. of Vietnam Phu Lac Wind Farm (24MW) Project includes but not be limited to:(1) Wind turbine foundation works (vegetation and ground attachments removing, foundation excavation, concrete pouring, etc.);(2) Lifting platform works (vegetation and ground attachments removing, platform excavation, ancillary works, etc.);(3) Booster station works (vegetation and ground attachments removing, foundation excavation, concrete pouring, equipment installation, etc.);(4) Installation of embedded part of in-plant wind turbine foundation (anchor bolt module and all other embedded part);(5) Installation of wind turbine generator unit and complete equipment (installation of equipment and electric appliance, wind turbine debugging, etc.);(6) Line construction of Vietnam Phu Lac Wind Farm (foundation excavation and erection);(7) Geological survey and topographic survey of Vietnam Phu Lac Wind Farm;(8) Erosion and torrent control works;(9) Other construction project included in Bidding Documents and drawings;(10) Temporary work, including concrete production system, artificial aggregate system, excavation and leveling of site office, etc.(11) Site unloading, filing, storage, safeguarding of wind turbine equipment, and planning, building or leasing of temporary storage area of equipment. Unloading of all wind turbine equipment, including engine room, generator, hub, blade, control cabinet (variable-frequency drive), tower, bolt, etc. of wind turbine in batches, unstuffing and stocktaking of containers, storage of processing equipment delivered to the Wind Farm, unified collection, stacking and storage of wrappages, and truck loading of wrappages need to be given back to the manufacture;
