The first station will be the kettlebell deadlift, try and keep your back and torso straight while lifting the weight with your legs. Next up will be the kettlebell swing where you should try and keep your arms straight out throughout the entire movement. Third is the kettlebell goblet squat. For this, press the kettlebell close to your chest with your elbows by your sides. Also when squatting remember to keep your head looking straight ahead to maintain a proper posture. The final station is the kettlebell overhead press, which will require two kettlebells and will absolutely destroy those triceps! Now once you've completed one full circuit, just jump right back to the start and redo all the stations until the timer rounds out.
