A very special opportunity to obtain seedlings from the two best clones of Paph. sanderianum in Asia ! A friend of ours in Taiwan has already flowered one of the seedlings from this population with an 88cm petal length ! The pollen parent, ‘Long River’, is from the Shin-Yi Orchid Nursery in Taiwan with petals as long as 80cm in length, possibly the longest Paph. sanderianum on record – it was given the clonal name ‘Long River’ after the longest river in mainland China. The pod parent, ‘Shin-Yi’ SM/TPS (pictured above), received 85 points in 1996 with petals over 72cm in length ! This is an exclusive and highly selected strain of Paph. sanderianum, rarely seen and very different from the US strains. Very limited. Extremely Highly Recommended !

PLEASE NOTE: Since this is a Seedling Population (not a Mericlone which produces exact duplicates), the picture is for illustration purposes only. No two plants will be the same from this cross, and they will flower in a range of possibilities coming from the two parents.
