The objectives of this research are

The objectives of this research are as follows:
(i) To develop a simple extraction technique for residual styrene and other VOCs
in polystyrene food packaging.
(ii) To apply solid-phase microextraction (SPME) technique to determine
migration of styrene and other VOCs from polystyrene packaging into food
simulant (water).
(iii) To study the performance characteristics of the developed method.
(iv) To apply the developed method for the determination of styrene and other
VOCs in polystyrene food packaging samples and their migration into food
simulant.

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này như sau:
(i) Để phát triển một kỹ thuật khai thác đơn giản cho styrene còn lại và VOCs khác
trong bao bì thực phẩm polystyrene.
(Ii) áp dụng các pha rắn microextraction (SPME) kỹ thuật để xác định
di cư của styrene và VOCs khác từ polystyrene đóng gói thành phẩm
simulant (nước).
(iii) Nghiên cứu các đặc tính hiệu suất của phương pháp phát triển.
(iv) Để áp dụng các phương pháp phát triển cho việc xác định styrene và khác
VOC trong mẫu bao bì thực phẩm polystyrene và di cư của họ vào thực phẩm
simulant .
