8. Accessory Charges

If meetings upon CUSTOMER's request will be necessary on-site,

8.1. the CONTRACTOR shall separately invoice incidental travel and accommodation expenses as well as subsistence expenses.



8.2. flight and/or train expenses as well as other transport expenses by the CONTRACTOR will be charged upon verification.


Any other additional costs will be separately invoiced by the CONTRACTOR.
