Plug in the pendrive
Locate file to be sent via usb into same location as USBSend.exe
Connect USB cable between printer and the PC,Power on the printer then use the USBSend.exe

To send the BOID file using USBsend.exe follow the below mentioned instructions

Go to Start Run and Type CMD for command prompt
In Command prompt type cd/ and press enter
Now Type (drive letter of pendrive): and press enter
Now type cd (Folder that contains USBSend.exe and the rfu file) and then press enter
Now type USBSend.exe (BOID file,Example:USBSend.exe moon_dn.boid_cnci.rfu) and then press enter

The file will be sent to the printer
Once the file sent is complete the printer control panel would display complete and then reboot and initialize.
Kindly follow the onscreen instruction for printer setup after that.
