VIII. Validity and Termination.
The provisions of this agreement shall become effective upon being signed by the duly authorized person.
This agreement may be terminated by either DAI XINH Joint Stock Co. LTD or DAESIN INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT or L& T LOGISTICS TIANJIN CO., LTD. by ninety (90) days written notice in the event of termination. All parties shall fulfill all obligations occurred prior to the date of termination. Including account settlement, within 30days from the date the termination is effective.
However, in the case non-fulfillment of payment terms or any other article mentioned in this agreement occurs, the agreement can be terminated immediately and account settlement and other obligations incurred will be fulfilled within fifteen days.

VIII. Hiệu lực và chấm dứt. Các quy định của Hiệp định này sẽ có hiệu lực khi được chữ ký của người được uỷ quyền. Thỏa thuận này có thể được chấm dứt bởi một trong hai phần XINH ĐẠI Công ty Cổ LTD hoặc khu Daesin INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT hoặc L & T LOGISTICS Thiên Tân CO., LTD. bởi chín mươi (90) ngày kể từ ngày thông báo bằng văn bản trong trường hợp chấm dứt.
