For the external level, the distributing time must be calculated correctly so that the company could save more time, and transfer the products to the customer be on time.Sudden problems that might happen in very business functions, so that the back-up plan that I’ve provided above is very appropriate for this issues, Hue Brewery also need to prepare a team who will monitor every single process form internal to external, to identify the problem correctly and fast, after identifying the problems, they will have plan to fix quickly and the total performance of the company will not be decreased much. Control by progress reporting: The staff of Hue Brewery must make report to send manager regularly which help manager update process from start to the end of each activity. This will help them ensure time project and quality of products.Control by project meetings: The meetings will help the company to recognize problem in process to fix. Besides, they can provide solutions to improve the quality of plan.On site visiting: The directly visit production will help manager of Hue Brewery see all process and find mistake to have suitable and timely methods.Cross check: Every member of the organization will have responsibility for checking work of other members and they have to have this repost.
