The undersigned is currently a Subscriber for a Class B Member Interest in Little Saigon Supermarket, LLC, a California limited liability company (“the Company”). Upon acceptance of his/her Subscription, and the filing of his/her Form I-526 Petition, the undersigned hereby consents to and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of that certain Operating Agreement of the Company, dated as of 09/01/2015.
The arbitration provision as contained in Section 10.11 of the Operating Agreement is hereby expressly incorporated into this Joinder Agreement, and shall be binding upon the Subscriber and the Company, whether or not the Subscriber is admitted to the Company as a Member, as an “arbitration agreement”
