1 Minor NC:
• TEM Element: Procedure for wafer electroless plating requests for taking 3 samples per batch for testing. The auditor checked and saw that we run 2 batches but reported as 1 batch and measure only 3 samples. The correct practice shall be to record 2 batches with 6 test samples.

6 Observations:
• TEM Procurement: Evaluation of Services suppliers for logistics (such as Morison, FedEx, MPI, ….) is not performed as requested in the procedure.
• TEM PIC: MRB team signed on NCR’s but not decide for the need of corrective action or not.
• D10 Incoming: a sale is unstable, the last digit raise up/down all the time. Should check for its stability and accuracy.
• TEM Element: found that many check item on the check list are filled properly but one check item is kept blank. The correct practice is all check items in the check list shall be checked.
• TEM Element: The training records of operator who are conducting testing the chemical for plating process. It should be more detail the recommends of observer/ trainer for practice testing to maintaining qualification of operators.
• TEM Assembly at D26 has a spec after degreasing as “dry”. But the definition of how is dry or not-dry is unknown.

• Strong and detail quality system.
• Improvements are made over the year. Example of changing from traveler paper to manufacturing electronic database.
