 Manage and coordinate technical inspection services and activities related to Steel structure , equipment
 Coordinate and oversee department QC Engineering staff and QC Inspection staff.
 Measuring, monitoring and report quality control standards relating to project and production.
 Ensure project and production standards comply with relevant classification rules in accordance with specifications and scopes of works.
 Review and check drawings & approve drawings for manufacture and installation, check the implementation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, quality inspection records.
 Read and understand client specifications and class rules for each project requirement.
 Review materials certification to comply with approved drawings and contract specifications.
 Manage materials income inspection and compare with Purchase Orders and material mill certificates. Undertake visual inspection of incoming classed materials for each project.
 Control projects fit up inspections according to ITP. Undertake dimension inspection and complie reports for record keeping.
 Inspect welding for teel structures, equipment works.
 Review and check WPS & Welders qualification to comply with rules and client specification.
 Manage Subcontractors such as: control quality of material, deal price, make sure the fabrication on time, delivery and erection schedule on time

 Quản lý các nhà thầu phụ như: kiểm soát chất lượng nguyên liệu, giá thỏa thuận, đảm bảo các chế về thời gian, giao hàng và tiến độ cương cứng về thời gian
