Induction and on-boarding:- When a particular candidate is selected:- Giving him/her offer letter and letter of brief working agreement.- Giving a description on the policies, procedures and culture followed.- Let him filling relevant document as required.- Introducing him/her to the team, supervisor and manager.- Explaining the mode of communication- Coordinating with the IT team to get his new email id.Attendance and Leave records:- Tracking daily attendance of the employees- Filing the leave forms and keeping a track of the leaves.Main Activities:- Monitor daily attendance- Investigate and understand cause for staff absences.- Provide advice and recommendation on disciplinary actions.- Monitor scheduled absence such as holidays and travels.- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.- Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions.- Identify training and development opportunities.- Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
