5.6. Registration of more than two users with the same IP address. The link between profiles will also be taken into account here;

5.7. Misleading members by creating fake pages on social networks;

5.8. Providing false information in the profile;

5.9. Attempts to mislead other members;

5.10. Member is less than 18 years old;

5.11. Insulting other members or employees of Webtransfer;

5.12. Attempts to breach the law;

5.13. Attempts to add money to an account from another person’s account, as well as using funds obtained by breaking the law;

5.14. Withdrawal of money to another person’s account;

5.15. Dissemination of false information about the credit network or members;

5.16. In cases when explanation of how the infringement was detected can compromise the infringement detection system, Webtransfer reserves the right to block any member's profile for any violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, without giving reasons (Clause 6.6 of the Terms);

5.17. For any violation of these Terms and Conditions, members’ accounts will be blocked in accordance with Clause 6.5 of the Terms;

5.18. Repayment of the funds is made according to Clause 7.1 of the Terms.



6. Validity of the regulations

6.1. These Terms come into full effect from the moment they are accepted by a member and remain in force until the Operator changes them.

6.2. The Operator is not responsible for the consequences associated with:

a) Unwillingness of a member to issue an approved loan.

b) Provision of false information to the Operator or to another member.

с) Disabling the safety function of the member account by turning off the SMS transaction verification or two-stage verification application.

d) Cases when a malefactor accesses a user’s profile, in one way or another, thereby obtaining access to the user’s social network profile.

6.3. The Operator does not control the actions or omissions of the members.

6.4. Members may use the services offered by the Webtransfer credit network only within the confines of the Acceptable Use policy.

6.5. Members agree that for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, their profiles will be blocked and the entire amount earned within the violation of the Terms will be transferred to the Security Fund. Only unspent funds transferred by the member to his account will be repayable.

6.6. Webtransfer reserves the right to block any member’s profile without any explanations for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.



7. Refund policy

7.1. Refunds are made after receiving a complaint from a member’s registered email address with the verified payment details in accordance with Clause 2.13 within seven days of the complaint date, but not more than 30 days from the date the service was rendered.



8. Confidentiality

8.1. The Webtransfer social credit network fully complies with the Privacy Policy.



9. Final regulations

9.1. If a member does not agree that the legal relationship between him and the Operator of the credit network is determined solely by the above Terms and Conditions, he must immediately contact the support team to close his profile and leave this website.

9.2. All disputes shall be resolved by means of negotiations in accordance with these Terms. If the parties fail to achieve agreement, they have the right to appeal to the London Court of International Arbitration.

9.3. In all other cases not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, members shall act according to the applicable laws of their countries.
