Hi Everyone,

Please be informed that as part of the renewal of accreditation requirements of Mercury Drug, they have temporarily suspended the credit line until they have reviewed all the documents which we have submitted to them, particularly at the People Support branch. Hence, employees may not be able to use the credit line up until Mercury Drug has approved the new accreditation. Employees though may still avail the medicine allowance through the following options:

Mercury Drug – People Support Branch (now Teleperformance)

1. Medical Reimbursement for now until further notice, both for Shang and Bigcat employees. As per process, submit to HR the accomplished general claim form with the attached original receipt and prescription, signed by your Department Head.

Mercury Drug – Leviste Branch (located at the back of PBCom Tower at L.P Leviste St. Salcedo Village Makati)

1. Medical Allowance using Credit Line (for Bigcat and Veridas employees only), you only need to present your company ID together with the original doctor’s prescription to avail the medicines for free.
2. Medical Reimbursement (for Shang employees)

Should you have any concerns please approach HR Department for further assistance.
