2.1. Materials
4-chloro-2-nitrophenol (4C2NP) [ C6H4ClNO3, M = 173.56 ] (Fluka Co.) was used as the probe to investigate the catalytic ozonation process. A stock solution of 4C2NP was prepared in deionized water (Millipore Milli-Q water) at a concentration of approximately 69 µM (12 mg/L).
