Thanks for the feedback. The house wine was sold at a 15% discount—not full price. Glad to hear that the discount on Chenet Ice was a one off, that improves things a little bit. But so I understand:

• They are buying all the cheap wines as their house wines, and these are not included in the target (this makes sense, since these wines were not included in the contract)
• House wines are to be sold at full price (this needs to be corrected)
• Wines making up the 90 bottles/month target are to be discounted 20%, and this was approved by Linh

Without the discount on wines, we would likely have a deal. With discounting wines by 20%, and then adding a 38MM rebate, this quickly becomes a terrible and money losing deal for us. Let me know if I understand things correctly. If the terms are as I laid them out above we will not proceed. If there is no discount on the wines, then we can likely absorb the rebate as described.
