The safety of employee is very important, it shows the responsibilities of Hoa Binh Construction in protecting the employee through doing business, in some case, protect the safety could be considered as one way to motivate the staffs in confident, and improve the high performance, and totally it helps the company reach the goals and objective more easier.
Top management review the organization’s OH&S management system, including the OH&S policies to ensure they are effective and that they comply with the appropriate legislation and regulations. The management of the company will divide the parts together and examined every six-month. From which health policy and safety for the department in the company will be closely examined, yield efficiency and ensure benefits to employees.
• Results of internal audits and evaluations of compliance with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements to which the organization subscribes
• Relevant communication from external interested parties, including complaints
• The OH&S performance of the organization
• The extent to which policies have been met.
• Status of incident investigations, corrective actions and preventive actions
• Changing circumstances, including developments in legal and other requirements related to OH&S.
With this system it will bring many benefits for workers and company.
Beside that, somehow risks or problems will occur, so for some risks which occurred out of the control of the company, Hoa Binh Construction needs to investigate to find out the root causes. The company needs to investigate the cause in order to avoid it happen again in the future or at least the company can reduce the risk in the lowest level. In order to do it, Hoa Binh Construction can appoint one person or a group who has enough experience, and qualified on the area which problem occurs in order to find out the cause of problems. When the causes are already found, Hoa Binh needs to take action to eliminate the root causes to avoid the risks happen again in the future. This process might includes three step, first is analysis the problem which happened, based on the analysis the company can identify the reason, cause why it happens, and finally the company will take some actions to eliminate the causes in order to reduce the likelihood that it will happen again. In addition, Hoa Binh must maintain all the records. Records are needed for improvement, analysis and re-use, and so on. Thus, any types of records need to be maintained. For example, when accident happens inside Hoa Binh, the company needs to make a report to record what happens, what is the damage and when it happens, this accident report will help the company in investigating the root causes which raise the accident, and to report to the top managers of Hoa Binh about the accidents in the meeting to make an assessment. Besides, any accident will bring damage on the budget of the company so this report can prove for what type of cost that the company had paid. Thus, Hoa Binh should prepare the form for any type of record; a specific form for each type of record will help the reader to understand easier.
