Dear all,In the spirit of Doing the right thing and based on our Meal Management Record shows that, there are more than 5% of employee who is consuming over regulated daily duty meal. Hence, in order to ensure that we are using the food cost at the employee cafeteria at the most effective ways, we would like to request all for employees on duty including permanent staffs, casuals, trainees to enhance the following rules throughout the team as below please:1. Employee on duty at InterContinental Asiana Saigon Hotel & Residences can have maximum two meals per working day (1 light & 1 main meal), except split-shift working individuals who can have maximum three meals per working day. Exceed meal consumption without authorization, will be subject to automatically charge to employee's personal accounts at the end of the month. 2. Employee on duty must be in uniform when coming to DTRT for meal(s).3 Every user of DTRT must SHOW WE CARE to the facilities including drink machines, televisions, computers, chinawares and silverwares…ect and has the responsibility to keep breakage and loss at minimum level. 4 Only remained food & beverage and used meal-related items like tissues & toothpicks can be put into rubbish bins. All electric equipment must be turned off in between the non-serving meal time.5. Facilities at DTRT are for usage inside the area.Violations of the above rules are subject to disciplinary actions.For your strict compliance please.
