Responsible for controlling abnormal situation, managing process operation through Distributed Control System, process understanding, Alarm, Shutdown & start up process smoothly
Control the plant safely when an emergency occurred in the plant area and immediately implement emergency response procedures.
Be familiar with the facility's process plants safe operation and maintenance and ensure that he has knowledge of safety requirements, including work permit systems, operational and emergency procedures, Company policy and instructions.
Manage wells (production and injection) according to well management guidelines to achieve optimum production.
Carry out Permit to Work Register, Long Term Isolation Register and Padlock Box.
Ensure that all information entered in logs, reports, production records are accurate and conform to the procedure. Gather and compile data for daily production reports and maintain a comprehensive log of all production activities.
Monitor chemical injection equipment and monitor dosage rates of process fluids/gas efficiently.
Responsible for communicating clearly and concisely, operating instructions to outside operation teams. Communicate frequently and directly with Senior Production Staff advising them of any problems, activities and general operational status. Responsibility to report all faults on plant and equipment as soon as aware of the problem(s) thereby ensuring maximum production and plant / equipment availability.

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Comply with Facility Safety Management System towards Health Safety & Environmental concern.
Comply with client safety management and its policies.

WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

Report daily activity condition to the Lead Production Operator.
Carry out familiarization and orientation of the process facility and documentation to Junior Operator and trainees.
