Work, based on the grounds of new evidence.

The Head of Federation Business School has determined to exercise discretion in regard to the adverse decisions made

against your request for special consideration. Accordingly, the matter is now referred back to Federation Business School

who will contact you in due course.

As a result of this decision the Chair of the University Appeals Committee deems that your appeal is no longer required.

Therefore, your appeal is now closed.
