SCOPE OF WORK - SUMMARY
1.1 Subcontractor shall supply all services, supervision, skilled labour, Materials, Plant, construction equipment, temporarny works/facilities/materials and services to complete the design, supply, field handling, storage, preparation, construction, and remedying of any defects in the Defect Notification Period (except for the major materials and items mentioned in this SCOPE OF WORKS & BOQ) in accordance with this Subcontract Agreement including Terms and Conditions, Contracotr’s Specifications, Contractor’s Requirements, Tender Drawings, and all other documents forming a part of this Agreement
1.2 Subcontractor shall provide a fully qualified Project Management Team to execute and administer the performance of the Work, including a qualified Field Superintendent to oversee the entire coordination and progress of the Work. Superintendent shall be on the Site at all times during work hours and shall have complete authority over Contractor's and Subcontractor's operations. None of Subcontractor's designated personnel shall be removed from the Work without prior written authorization or direction of the Contractor’s Representative. Subcontractor's senior management personnel shall, as required, provide additional support to the project to ensure Subcontractor's successful performance of all obligations under the Subcontract.
1.3 All works and services required for the Works shall also comply with the requirements as per local laws and directives as well as local authorities and official institutions.
1.4 The Subcontractor shall provide all necessary software and computer program packages as specified in any part of the Contractors’s requirements and/or necessary for the operation of specified equipment and services. The Subcontractor, at his sole responsibility and expense shall arrange for the licensing of all such software and computer program packages for the Contractor and for the Contractor’s Representative, and/or operator staff, for single or for multi-users, as the case may require. This shall be done full in line with the Contractor’s requirements and Conditions of Contract, Patent Rights and Ownership
1.5 The Work of this Subcontract for Dam Structural Works for the Nam Lik 1 Hydroelectric Project Facilities, includes but is not limited to the following main components of the Base Concept.
MAIN COMPONENT WORK BREAKDOWN SUB COMPONENT

Dam Structural Works (1) Spillway Structure
(2) Power House Structure
(3) Gravity Structure (North Dam)
(4) Pre-Stressed Concrete Structure
(5) Foundation Treatment Works
(5) Installation of 1st Embedded Parts for
E&M Works
(6) Survey & Test


Without limiting the "all inclusive" nature of the foregoing, the Work shall include any further investigations including site investigations the Subcontractor considers necessary to implement the Work.
All Works not expressly called for in this Specification, but necessary for the complete and proper installation and operation of the equipment and accessories shall be performed and provided by the Subcontractor at no additional cost to the Contractor
All survey and report to complete SOW(results to be provided to the Main Contractor at the time of the Main Contractor requesting);

1.6.1 General
The Scope of Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following:
 Pre-Construction planning ;
 Project Planning, Controls and Reporting;
 Document Control and Information Management;
 Health, Safety and Environmental Management;
 Construction Management;
 Site Administration;
 Mobilisation / Demobilisation of all plants, equipment and temporary office & Accommodation to complete SOW ;
 Survey and all temporary works as necessary to complete SOW and comply with the Contractor’s requirements;
 Supply all permanent and temporary materials to complete SOW excluding Major Material as mentioned in this SCOPE OF WORKS & BOQ;
 Supply all Permanent and temporary resources to complete ;
 Attaining all statutory and regulatory approvals to complete SOW;
 Cooperation and liaison with all third party, for example other subcontractors and statutory Bodies;
 Compliance with all relevant statutory regulations and approvals;
 Completion of all equipment check lists and pre-commissioning;
 Installation, Maintenance, restoration of other Facilities and services to complete SOW.

1.6.3 Material Handling
The Material Handling includes but is not necessarily limited to the following:
 All materials except for the material provided by POSCO E&C shall be delivered to the working site by Subcontractor such as Form, fuel/other oil , etc;
 Subcontractor shall keep the records on the usage of material provided by POSCO E&C and submit the records at the request of POSCO E&C;

1.6.4 Supplied Materials/Utility and Care of Materials
 Supplied Materials will be Provided in accordance with Design Quantity including allowance as follows;
- Ready mixed concrete : 2% of allowance
- Steel bar : 3% of allowance
- If necessary, Shotcrete including Steel fiber and related admixture :
15% of allowance
- First Embedded Parts : No Allowance
 Main Contractor will install approximately 800KVA capacity of transformer adjacent to the end of existing road.
 Subcontractor shall manage and take care of supplied materials to prevent exceed of supplied materials.
 If loss or damage occurs to the Supplied materials and Utility, the Subcontractor shall, at its costs, cover such loss or damage.

1.6.5 P.P.E (Personal Protective Equipment) and Safety facility
 Subcontractor shall provide Suitable P.P.E to all Labors and safety facility for the themselves.
 Subcontractor shall take a responsibility for taking care and maintain the provided P.P.E and safety facility
 Subcontractor shall make sure that everyone working on site shall wear the P.P.E

1.6.6 Site restoration
 The Subcontractor shall reinstate the site progressively as each part of SOW is completed;
 The Subcontractor shall reinstate all site which has been occupied by the Subcontractor for the purpose of SOW, including storage and Site facilities, to a condition at least equivalent to that existing before that occupation.
1.7 Survey
The Subcontractor shall be responsible for all survey including following but not limited to the following:
 All survey and report to complete SOW(results to be provided to the Main Contractor at the time of the Main Contractor requesting);
