DIVISION: Maintenance Division (Maintenance Section)
** JOB SUMMARY
Chemical warehouse supervisor is responsible to manage the Chemical & Catalyst warehouse. He (she) is responsible for chemical & catalyst warehouse operation to ensure all activities in the chemical & catalyst warehouse are carried out effectively & safety. He (she) is also responsible for the Inventory management of the Chemical & Catalyst materials to ensure the accuracy of the inventory is achieved as per set up KPI (using Computerized Maintenance Management System – CMMS (Maximo).
** JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Maintenance Chemical Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the warehouse operation & inventory management of the Chemical & Catalyst warehouse:
- Chemical & catalyst physical receiving, storage & delivery to specific equipment/location at site.
- Check inventory in warehouse and making weekly and monthly reports.
- Keep stocked materials and equipment under good condition in warehouse
- Shipping stocked materials and equipment based on the internal orders
- Responsible for implementation for the control of the Lay Down/Storage areas.
- Responsible for effectively implementation and maintaining of ‘Color Code Identification’for chemical & catalyst materials& other materials & equipment in Chemical & Catalyst warehouse.
- Carry out visual inspection & dimensional check of all incoming Materials/Equipment and reconcile with Packing List in his assigned area.
- Responsible to distribution material/equipment in time to coincide the work order scheduling.
- Ensure all goods are safety stored and in accordance with the manufacturer storage requirement and in accordance with NSRP stocking standard procedure.
- Ensure all personnel entering the warehouse are authorized & wearing appropriate protective equipment.
- Report to Leader and Deputy Manager in case of damaged, over, shortage& unsatisfied.
- Using CMMS to manage all materials & tools at the Chemical & Catalyst warehouse.
- Work as per Warehouse Leader’s instruction.
